The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK and we are working in a partnership with a market leading company who are looking for Warehouse Operatives (Pickers/Packers)

Due to new client requirements we have immediate vacancies for Warehouse Operatives (Pickers/Packers) based in Spalding, Lincolnshire

Shifts available

4 On 4 Off

Day shift 06:00-18:00

Night shift 18:00-06:00

Pay Rate £13.00-14.00

Responsibilities:

  • Selects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders.
  • Uses technology, including RF guns, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
  • Picking and packing stock based on daily orders
  • Picking and packing cases of salads etc
  • Surveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment, monitoring product quality
  • Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
  • Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

*Please note that this position requires availability to work flexible hours, and weekends.*
