WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

LOCATION - BIGGLESWADE (SG18)- due to this position being based in Symmetry Park in Biggleswade, you will ideally need your own transport / shared lifts to be able to get to the location.

PLEASE NOTE - Recruit Mint are resourcing candidates for on-going positions in 2024; with the opportunity to earn a permanent position within the operation.

  • £12.48 per hour for 0600-1400
  • £13.52 per hour for 1400-2200

After 12 weeks, the hourly rate increases to:

  • £14.04 per hour for the 0600-1400 shift
  • £15.08 per hour for the 1400-2200 shift

Other relevant positive information:

  • Monday to Friday working week
  • Weekly rotating shift
  • 37.50 hours per week
  • Overtime / Extra hours available

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products in the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders for outbound operation
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the warehouse facility
  • Work together in teams to achieve set goals and performance
  • Be friendly, approachable, respectful with all work colleagues to continue the positive work culture that has ben set by the management team
