Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick orders using handheld scanners and follow picking instructions provided.
• Pack orders accurately and ensure they are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
• Receive and unload incoming goods, checking for damages and verifying the accuracy of deliveries.
• Organise and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is labelled correctly and stored in the designated areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues and their team to ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in stocktaking activities as required.

Skills:

• Proven experience in order picking and packing is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills to effectively manage inventory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
