Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an essential part of the team, ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your communication skills will be vital, as you will be following both written and verbal instructions to complete various tasks. You will need to be a great team player, working closely with your colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Sorting incoming mail
• Dealing with couriers
• Utilising your PC skills for email and data entry
• Locating boxes in racking and recording their location
• Retrieving boxes as needed
• Daily destruction of boxes and recording weights and contracts
• Operating a stacker truck and counterbalance forklift
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Assisting the post room
• Any other duties as required

Working hours- 7am-3pm

In this temporary role, you will be joining a supportive and friendly team for a contract length of 3 months. The hourly rate for this position is £11.44, and you will be working full time. Please note that a valid driving licence is required for this role.
