Warehouse Operative

Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client in Halstead seeking a Picker/Packer on a long term temporary basis. Duties in the role will include;

• Moving and sorting goods and materials
• Picking, inspecting and packing products
• Labelling and boxing products prior to shipping.
• Continually stocking/unstocking shelves
• Reading orders and placing them in the proper delivery areas
• Preventing on-the-job injuries by maintaining safety best practices across all areas of the operation
• Participating in preventive maintenance activities
