Workchain is currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Burntisland on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse setting and must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading goods
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Operating machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality
- Assisting with stock taking and inventory control
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
