Our client is looking to recruit several Warehouse operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties:

  • Utilises warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
  • Receive / Pick / Pack / Ship a variation of Cummins product.
  • Good written/oral communication skills.
  • Works well within a team
  • Operate within several business unit teams.
  • Full training will be provided

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Under some supervision you will follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods within a warehouse.
  • Receive incoming goods and check for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
  • Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimise warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
  • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
  • Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.
  • Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

All Training is Provided

Shifts:

  • Days - Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00
  • Backs - Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 Friday 14:00 - 19:10
  • Nights - Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00

Pay:

  • Salary is £26,651.78 plus shift premium.
