24-7 Recruitment are now recruiting for Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy warehouse located in Welham Green, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 8XF.

Two miles south of the town of Hatfield, five miles east of the major city of St Albans.

**Due to location of this role, you must have your own means of transport to get to site daily for your shift**

When you become part of the warehouse operative team, you will be responsible for Picking and packing Clothing & Home products which will be delivered to over 98 stores in the Southeast.

Shift and Pay information for Warehouse Operative:

  • Working any 5 days Sunday - Friday
  • Days 6am-6pm £13.00 per hour (including 6-2/2-10 set shifts and rotationals)
  • Days unsocial 6pm-10pm £13.85 per hour
  • Overtime over 37.5 hours between £19.50-£21.25 per hour .

As a warehouse Operative you will:

  • Lift up to 15kg and move products around the warehouse.
  • Work alongside voice-picking robots
  • Be motivated, passionate, have an eye for detail and be good at following processes.
  • Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time and move products that may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting.
