Our client specialises in the safe and efficient handling of lighting, rigging, and other rental assets. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their service delivery levels are top-notch.

?? Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

Safely and efficiently moving goods within the operation.
Loading and unloading vehicles while following relevant procedures and risk assessments.
Accurately scanning and recording rental assets using our state-of-the-art RTPro system.
Keeping work areas clean and organised.
Checking returned goods for damage or missing items.
Maintaining proper usage and maintenance of PPE and manual handling equipment.
Being an integral part of a team committed to creating a safe working environment.
Escalating any stock anomalies or inaccuracies to your department supervisor or equipment manager.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure stock levels are maintained.

?? Asset Management, Storage & Quality Control:

Handling equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
Preparing and testing equipment according to company procedures and policies.
Reporting any inventory or asset control concerns to your department supervisor.
Striving to achieve and sustain the highest standards of equipment quality and service.

�? Health & Safety:

Demonstrating a commitment to a culture of safety.
Adhering to health and safety policies, including proper manual handling and storage protocols.
Maintaining clear pedestrian and evacuation routes within the warehouse.
Promptly escalating any safety concerns to the appropriate channels.

?? Essential Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A strong drive to achieve and maintain high-quality standards.
IT literacy and the ability to learn in-house asset management systems.
A positive approach to the demands of the business.
Excellent communication skills.
