Our client is looking to recruit several Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties:

• Maintain the highest quality standards by handling all stock carefully to ensure it reaches our customers in perfect condition
• Accurately and efficiently pick stock
• Operate Mechanical Equipment (LLOP
• Perform various tasks to support operational efficiency, including maintaining general housekeeping and hygiene standards within the warehouse and site
• Being capable of reading and understanding instructions clearly

Our Perfect Worker
- Our perfect worker will have a good level of physical fitness, as this role involves heavy lifting of items weighing up to 25kg. Candidates should be comfortable with the physical demands of the job and able to handle these tasks efficiently.
- Applicants will be reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player with a flexible approach to work. You will show the necessary hand, eye, and foot coordination for the safe and effective use of mechanical handling equipment.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

The rate of pay is:
- 6am to 2pm- £12.21 per hour
- 2pm to 10pm - £12.48 per hour
- 10pm to 6am - £13.73 per hour
Overtime is available after working 40 hours per week and is paid at:
- 6am to 2pm - £15.47 per hour
- 2pm to 10pm - £15.82 per hour
- 10pm to 6am - £17.85 per hour

This is a full-time role working, 5 days out of 7 on a seven-week rolling rota (including weekends),
