**EARN UP TO £648 PER WEEK PLUS GENEROUS PERFORMANCE BONUS SCHEME PAID ON A WEEKLY BASIS**

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
First 12 weeks:

• Basic rate: £12.48 per hour (potential earning of £468 per week plus overtime)
• Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - £14.27 per hour (potential earning of £535 per week plus overtime)

After 12 weeks:

• Basic rate: £14.35 per hour (potential earning of £574 per week plus overtime)
• Premium night rate from 6pm to 6am - £16.22 per hour (potential earning of £648 per week plus overtime)

There is the potential of up to 2hrs of overtime available each day. Overtime is reconciled over a 4-weekly period (overtime limits apply).

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative

We have a variety of shifts available:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 08:00 - 16:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 18:00 - 02:00
• Other shifts may be available

You will be on a rota for any 5 days per week and expected to work 37.5hrs per week (flexibility will be required)

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Order Picking for a leading grocery retailer using MHE equipment
• Ensure all operational manuals and safe systems of work are followed to achieve an accident-free operation
• To reconcile products with documentation and to load/unload vehicles
• Where a company uniform and personal protective equipment have been issued, they must be always worn when on duty
• This is a physical job so you must enjoy work of a physical nature such as lifting
