Warehouse Operator

• Receive goods and complete necessary documentation.
• Organise incoming stock items and maintain accurate item locations using software.
• Ensure proper order of raw materials according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Pick and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold GMP and health & safety standards at all times.
• Handle hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.

• A continuous work history of 5 years within the last 5 years. Gaps of up to 30 days require a character reference; for longer gaps, proof of income is necessary.
• Possession of either a reach truck or counterbalance license is essential.
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with GMP and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive salary range of £24,000 to £26,000.
• Stable working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
