Warehouse Operator Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. This role requires a high level of accuracy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work within a team environment.

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities:

  • Unload, inspect, and record incoming goods.
  • Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against delivery documents.
  • Handle and store products safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure products are stored in appropriate locations to optimise space and accessibility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Warehouse Operator Further Info:

Monday - Friday

18:00 - 04:00

Potential overtime required - paid at £12.50 per hour weekdays / £15 per hour weekends
