Job Title: Warehouse Picker
Reports To: Distribution Manager

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the purpose of the picker packer will be to complete tasks which assist the day to day running of the delivery operations for the following day, ensuring all customers orders are picked correctly, stacked correctly and wrapped in a professional manner picking from an 1500 different products ranging from kegs to packaged beers to wines and spirits. Manual handling is one of the main requirements of this role.

Key Skills:
- Adheres to the warehouse health and safety procedures
- Responsible for correctly picking orders and placing in the correct areas for deliveries
- Reporting stock issues to supervisory or stock control team
- Assist with ensuring that housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
- Being able to prioritise workloads
- Flexible approach to working

Knowledge and Experience:
- Good team-working skills
- Good communication skills
- A counterbalance licence or flexi licence would be advantageous to the position.
