ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for the timely and accurate fulfilment of all logistics activity, namely goods receipt and dispatch, related to the UK Advanced Surgical Devices Division (in line with business targets)

This contract lenght will possibly be extended or a permanent placement could be offered.

ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS

  • Receive, check and locate trade product matching against purchase order, RA and/or deliverydocuments -30%
  • Pick, check and dispatch trade product and matching against delivery notes - 30%
  • Conduct inventory checks in line with procedures to ensure correct items are in stock, in date, free from damage and that packaging is clean and fit for sale - 10%
  • Pick and check loan replenishment product ensuring this is passed to the loan department at specified times during the working period 15%
  • Pick, check and dispatch Marketing Education Trade items against delivery notes - 5%
  • Fulfill all ad hoc logistics activity as required by the Logistics Team Leader or Logistics Manager- 10%
