My client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock Controller to join our well-established team based in Braintree.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience within a busy warehouse, Goods in and Dispatch team. You will undertake all tasks in these areas ensuring that all stock items are appropriately managed in accordance with company procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dealing with pick/pack issues
• Effectively track all stock movements within warehouse
• Performing regular inventories to assess stock levels
• Verifying inventory data by carrying out physical counts of stock
• Carrying stock consolidation
• Carrying out daily stores, dispatch and goods in tasks, using the fork lift truck (or other equipment) to move goods/materials, assisting with the loading/unloading of goods/materials. Moving goods/materials into the dispatch area.
• Organising dangerous goods shipping

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Forklift License
• Dangerous good license (Expired or Current)
• Warehouse experience is essential.
• Great time-keeping skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail
