Location: Eastleigh
Rate: £18.50 per hour
Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No weekend working)

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a proven track record of supervision? Do you thrive in a hands-on leadership role, ensuring your team and warehouse operations run smoothly?

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team. This role requires someone who can lead by example, maintain high standards, and keep the team motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
  • Work collaboratively with the current team, including manual handling tasks.
  • Manage the unloading of an average of 2 containers per week (or more), involving handballing.
  • Operate a forklift (Counter Balance FLT licence essential).
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven track record of supervision in a warehouse environment.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and move the team forward.
  • Prepared to engage in manual handling tasks.
  • Essential: Valid Counter Balance FLT licence.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate: £18.50 per hour (£37,277 per annum).
  • Monday to Friday, 38.75 hours per week with no weekend working.
