Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Birmingham? Look no further! Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking a supervisor to join their team on a permanent contract.

Our client is one of the largest UK Distributors of vaping and smoking cessation, confectionary and FMCG products to B2B (Wholesalers, Cash and Carries, Convenience stores and Vape Shops) with additional retail platforms direct to B2C.

They began in 2017 and has grown rapidly with currently over 200 employees across our Head office, field sales force and distribution centres.

All of their locations are easily accessible with the Head office in Birmingham City Centre, and their distributions centres are 10 minutes from the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:


- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor from deliveries to stock management.
- Managing a team of production workers and ensuring targets are met
- Implementing and maintaining quality control processes
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered too/
- Reporting on production output and identifying areas for improvement

- Follow the computer ABS system and keep accurate records.



Qualifications:


- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the production industry in a supervisor role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
