Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Basildon, Essex

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

About the Company: Our client based in Basildon is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor to join their small established team, you will be committed to providing and exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and lead a small team of warehouse staff, providing training and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse.
• Pick and packing of orders 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
