Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: £14.00 per hour

Are you an experienced and reliable individual with strong leadership skills and a background in warehouse operations? We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficiency, and maintain a safe and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve targets

Monitor stock control, inventory checks, and order picking accuracy

Ensure timely loading/unloading of deliveries

Maintain compliance with health & safety standards and company policies

Liaise with drivers, logistics, and management to streamline operations

Complete reports, records, and documentation as required

Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage and motivate a team

Understanding of health and safety regulations

IT literate (basic knowledge of warehouse systems or Microsoft Office)
