Description

The role of Warehouse Team Leader in Birmingham will involve:

• Working hours (Week 1) - Monday to Thursday 05:45 - 18:00.
• Working hours (Week 2) - Tuesday to Friday 17:45 - 06:00.
• Leading and managing a team of operational colleagues.
• Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Regular and effective communication with the customer.
• Implementing process improvements within the department.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations and procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting on team performance.
• Handling any escalated customer service issues.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Team Leader should have:

• A proven track record in a leadership role within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• The ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
