You will help us serve the needs of our customers, undertaking report writing, record keeping and creating operational timetables. You will be promoting our core values with great customer care and showcasing your skills and experience.
In return for your expertise, you will get:

What can you expect as an Operations Administrator at phs Wastekit?
- You will work closely with our suppliers, contractors, and your manager.
- Completing invoicing and quotations.
- You will monitor, check and compile driving standards reports and liaise directly with your leadership team.
- You are responsible for filing and distributing our Service Engineers reports to allow for invoicing and auditing.
- You are supplied with the tools and equipment you’ll need to provide the best quality service to our customers.
- Safety and legal compliance are a must. We welcome applications from people with a good safety record.
- You will need a good knowledge of record keeping and computer literacy.
- Experience working to targets.
- Great customer service skills.
