Water Hygiene Engineer (South East - London / Home Counties)

£27,000 - £35,000 a year 

Overview:

Our client is an air and water treatment specialist with over 30 years of experience in delivering air and water quality regimes to organisations of all sizes throughout the UK.

Working with contractors, consultants and on-site engineers, the business ensures that the optimum solution is designed, implemented and maintained to meet our customers' requirements.

This year, the business was acquired by a leading asbestos management consultancy, and the merged businesses are looking to expand geographically and through further diverse acquisitions. The business covers leading football clubs, universities, retailers, and even Parliament.

Due to continuous growth, the business requires an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join its team.

As a Water Hygiene Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will vary significantly but will include the following:

  • Mains/Plant Disinfection
  • Temperature checks
  • TMV Servicing i.e. Failsafe test
  • CWST Disinfections and Cleans
  • HWH and Expansion vessel flushing
  • Tank cleans
  • Thermals
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Physical tests i.e. Iron/Molybdate/Copper/Nitrate/PH etc
  • Shower/Outlet Descaling

The successful candidate will have experience in the above tasks and a strong Water Hygiene background. They will ideally have a number of years' experience in the sector, be flexible, and be open to working outside of hours. They will also possess a full UK driving licence and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
