Job Title: Water Treatment Installation / Equipment Engineer.
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £48k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting in the South East region for an industry leading provider within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry. They are now looking to take on a Water Treatment Installation / Equipment Engineer. Working on predominantly Healthcare sites, you will be installing and replacing reverse osmosis, CLO2 systems and UV filtration systems as well as carrying out maintenance on water softener, chlorine dioxide, and reverse osmosis units. This role would suit someone looking to join a forward-thinking company where they can offer excellent training and development into an account management position. Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working hands on as an installation / equipment engineer within the Water Treatment industry for a reputable company.
" Holding the City and Guilds Mechanical / Electrical qualification or 18TH electrical would be beneficial to the role.
" In-depth knowledge of chemicals used.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to manage time efficiently.
" Will be well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
The Role:
" Working on predominantly Healthcare sites to install and replace reverse osmosis, CLO2 systems and UV filtration systems.
" Carrying out maintenance and servicing on water softener, chlorine dioxide and reverse osmosis units.
" Installing chemical dosing equipment on cooling towers.
" Efficiently installing and servicing water softeners.
" Undertaking pre-work risk assessments.
" Creating site specific RAMS for work to be carried out.
" Carrying out fault-finding on site, ensuring to rectify any faults in a timely manner.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice.
" Ensuring work is completed in line with agreed timeframes.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Using information from site to produce detailed technical reports.
