Job Title: Water Treatment Supervisor.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a continuously expanding and disciplined Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company who work across Healthcare, Industrial, High Security, and Government sites. They are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Supervisor. You will be overseeing the company's L8 compliance, service and remedial works. Managing an established team of engineers / plumbers to ensure the smooth day to day running of jobs and ensuring work is completed in line with clients agrees timelines and to company standards. The role will be split between office and site work and when needed the successful candidate will be expected to undertake hands on compliance work.

Candidates will have excellent access to Glasgow and the surrounding areas: Abington, East Kilbridge, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Kincardine, Stirling, Penicuik, Edinburgh Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, Glenrothes.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working for a reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company.
" Will have experience managing and supervising a team of engineers / plumbers.
" Extensive hands-on experience working as an engineer is essential to the role.
" Excellent communication skills, able to provide support and advice to clients and colleagues of all levels.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Abel to work in line with company / client requirements, ensuring to stick to deadlines.
The Role:
" Overseeing and managing a team of engineers / plumbing, carrying out training in line with company requirements.
" Visiting site, ensuring work is being carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Ensuring work is going to be completed in line with agreed timeframes.
" Managing and efficiently carrying out the day to day running of jobs.
" Producing detailed reports for clients using information from site.
" Liaising with clients efficiently, providing excellent technical support and advice.
You will also be carrying out hands on duties inducing:
" Sampling and analysing LTHW and CHW systems.
" Ensuring to dose systems with correct chemicals.
" Routine Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" Sampling, analysis, and dosing of closed systems.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" TMV installation, servicing, and replacement.
" Showerhead descales.
