A well-known technology house who specialise in the development of enterprise software solutions for the insurance industry are offering the opportunity for multiple Web Developers at mid-senior level to join their close knit team in Essex. The client is expanding rapidly and need top notch web products to match their growth – you role will be crucial in executing and this ambitious digital roadmap.

Web Developer responsibilities:

Working both independently and as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for designing, creating, building and maintaining websites from the ground up in C#, MVC, Asp.net and Asp.net core. Daily responsibilities will include:

• Creating websites using languages like HTML and CSS.
• Collaborating closely with Programmers and Web Designers to align with visual design.
• Communicating effectively to gather and refine requirements.
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, testing, and deploying web applications.
• Putting a stronger focus on the front end, particularly in UI and MVC

Web Developer requirements:

• Proficiency in building websites from scratch using C#, MVC, Asp.net, and Asp.net core.
• Strong grasp of the MVC pattern, REST APIs, and asp.net controllers
• Mastery in C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, and Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of UI binding frameworks like Vue.js, AngularJS, React, or Knockout is a big plus.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
