Love Finance: Web Developer - Full Time - Permanent - Hybrid with Birmingham City Centre Head Office - £32,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

About you as the Web Developer:

We are looking for a hands-on Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our customer-facing website, handling everything from quick content updates to building high-impact landing pages. This role requires experience with Webflow, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with marketing and design teams. Duties of the Web Developer:

  • Update and manage our Webflow-based website, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Implement quick content updates based on requests from the marketing team.
  • Build new landing pages that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Optimise and iterate on landing pages through A/B testing to improve conversions.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across all pages.
  • Handle website troubleshooting and bug fixes—you’ll be our go-to person for urgent site issues (only 9-5).
  • Close collaboration with the design team to translate Figma designs into Webflow pages.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services as needed (analytics, tracking, forms, etc.).
  • Work within a standard (kanban + estimation) dev workflow (tickets, estimates, staging site testing, deployment).
