We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to join an innovative travel organisation in Hampshire to take charge of transforming their online presence across multiple brands. This unique opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to work on-site one day per week.

As a Web Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of website development across the organisation, focusing on enhancing user experience, SEO, and conversion rates. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and outsourced technical teams to bring projects to life and ensure they meet business objectives.

In your first few weeks in this Web Project Manager role, you can expect to:

• Liase with key stakeholders (both internally, and within an outsourced tehcnical team) to identify, agree and understand the needs of each project, plan the best way to facilitate needs and what work is required
• Produce a clear brief for a team of outsourced web developers, obtain quotes, liaise on agreed work and manage progress.
• Carry out thorough checks whilst work is being completed, prior to and post launch to ensure work is as required and is fully optimised across specified browsers and devices.

To apply for this Web Project Manager role, we're looking for proven success in Web Project Managment roles, in addition to;

• Good website optimisation skills, UX knowledge and understanding
• Ability to ensure that web development fulfils marketing and sales needs together with the client journey
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, and Digital Marketing
• Technical knowledge is a plus, but this isn't a hands-on role
