Website Manager
Role - Website Manager
Salary - Up to £45k DOE
Coordinate the customer journey and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Our client is a family-run award-winning group that has expanded exponentially over the last few years. Firmly in the childcare sector, they are responsible for 195 nurseries across the UK educating over 29,000 children. Set up in 2008 by a hard-working mum, the group now employs over 1000 people and is the go-to childcare for thousands of parents.
The role will be responsible for, coordinating the customer journey and user experience across all digital touchpoints. The right candidate will lead the day-to-day of the website, as well as ensuring the visibility, accessibility, and connectivity of data as defined by the marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the online and offline customer journey to acquire and nurture leads.
- Monitor the CRM campaigns to see the performance and where it can be improved to bring in more leads.
- Implement website optimisation for user flow and performance improvement.
- Identify and execute new initiatives to support digital projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital website management - preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics, and E-commerce platforms.
- A keen eye for design and creativity.
- Be able to manage and collaborate with external agencies for paid social, SEO, CRM and UX
