Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the weighbridge to weigh vehicles accurately as they enter and exit the site.
- Record weights in a computerised system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with site policies.
- Verify load details with drivers, checking for correct documentation and reporting discrepancies.
- Input data into systems, including vehicle information, materials weighed, and customer details.
- Maintain accurate records for reporting, audit, and billing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding site procedures, safety regulations, and load requirements.
- Address any queries or issues from drivers or customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or non-compliance incidents to management.
- Monitor site traffic to ensure safe and orderly flow of vehicles.
