Fel Cynorthwyydd Croeso a Gwasanaeth, eich rôl chi yw sicrhau bod pob cwsmer yn cael croeso rhagorol.
Yn y swydd hon, byddwch yn croesawu ymwelwyr i’n pedwar maes parcio arfordirol ym Mhorthor, Porthdinllaen, Llanbedrog ac Aberdaron, ac yn ein canolfan ymwelwyr, Porth y Swnt.
Mae hon yn rôl cyfnod penodol hyd at 15 Medi 2024, a bydd disgwyl ichi weithio o 10am i 4pm, hyd at 5 diwrnod yr wythnos.
Os ydych yn berson cyfeillgar a siaradus, sydd wrth eich bodd gyda’r awyr agored, rydym yn awyddus iawn i glywed gennych chi.
Byddwn yn cyfweld ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus yr wythnos yn dechrau 17/06/2024.

Summary
As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
In this job, you'll be welcoming visitors to our four coastal car parks at Porthor, Porthdinllaen, Llanbedrog and Aberdaron and our visitor centre, Porth y Swnt
This is a fixed-term role up until to 15 September 2024, where you'll be expected to work from 10am to 4pm, up to 5 days a week.
If you’re a friendly and chatty person who loves the outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.
We will be interviewing successful applicants the week beginning 17/06/2024.
Please note that the ability to converse fluently in Welsh and English is essential for this role.

Mae ein canolfan ymwelwyr, Porth y Swnt yn lle i archwilio, dysgu, myfyrio a mwynhau cipolwg ar hanfod Pen Llyn, yn ogystal â chael syniadau ar gyfer gweithgareddau, teithiau cerdded, atyniadau, a phethau i'w gwneud ar y penrhyn.
What it's like to work here
The Llyn Peninsula is an ancient land, rich in culture and history. From iconic beaches to picture perfect fishing villages, the idyllic coastline of Llyn has been enjoyed by generations of visitors who appreciate its breath-taking beauty, rich wildlife and fascinating heritage.
Our four car parks are important hubs that serve as an access point from which visitors can enjoy a day on the beach, access the Wales Coast Path and explore the wider area.
Our visitor centre, Porth y Swnt is a place to explore, learn, reflect and enjoy a glimpse of what Llyn is all about as well as get ideas for activities, walks, attractions, and things to do on the peninsula.

Byddwch yn cymryd yr amser i wrando ar anghenion ein hymwelwyr, a'u deall, a mynd gam ymhellach i ragori ar eu disgwyliadau. Hoffem ichi ddatblygu dealltwriaeth ragorol o’r ardal, a meithrin y gallu i hyrwyddo ein gwaith a ffyrdd o’ncefnogi ni. Yn ogystal â hynny, byddwch yn sicrhau safonau uchel o gyflwyniad ar draws ein safleoedd, yn ymgymryd â’r gwaith o godi sbwriel a glanhau toiledau.
Byddwch yn gyfforddus yn gweithio ar y rhan fwyaf o benwythnosau a gwyliau banc.
What you'll be doing
As the largest conservation charity in Europe we work hard to raise funds, so that we can continue to care for all the heritage in our trust.
Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As the Welcome and Service Assistant it’s your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is warm and informative, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of their day. You’ll take the time to listen to and understand our visitors’ needs and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations. We’d like you to develop an outstanding knowledge of the area and be able to promote the work that we do and ways to support us. In addition, you’ll ensure high standards of presentation across our sites, carrying out litter picking and toilet cleaning.
You'll be comfortable regularly working weekends and bank holidays.
