Summary

Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Welcome & Service Assistant at the childhood homes' of Sir Paul McCartney & John Lennon, plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service. 

Contract/duration: 700 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal instalments over the term of the contract

Fixed Term Contract until Feb 2025, with the possibility of extension

Interview date: Friday 2nd August

Salary: £11.64 per hour 

What it's like to work here

We are seeking to hire a Welcome Service Assistant at the former childhood homes of John Lennon and Sir Paul McCartney, Yeah Yeah Yeah! The role will be full of excitement, will offer a fast-paced working environment, and the chance to inspire visitors from around the world.

The successful candidate must be as enthusiastic about bringing the early years of two of the Beatles’ stories to life, as they are about caring for our visitors and providing an enjoyable experience.

What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering award winning tours to our guests who have travelled far and wide to fulfil their Beatles dreams of visiting John and Paul’s former childhood homes.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of the houses and their gardens, making sure the homes are well presented for our guests.

You'll be apart of a world class team, working together to bring the Beatles story to life.
