Welder & Fabricator (Temp to Perm) – Join a Leading Family Fabrication Business in Oldbury (Nights)

Hours: Monday –Thursday   7.30pm – 06.00am

Rate:   

Welder: £13.99 per hour
Fabricator: £16.95 per hour

plus shift premium on top for both.

Temp to Perm for 12 weeks with option for permanent position after.

Are you a skilled Welder and Fabricator looking for a hands-on role with the opportunity to go permanent? We are currently supporting a well-established, family-run fabrication business based in Oldbury, known for high-quality work, trusted reputation, and supportive team culture.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring a Welder & Fabricator on board on a temp-to-perm basis — ideal for someone reliable, experienced, and ready to make a long-term impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Good fabrication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working with mild steel, stainless, and aluminium is a bonus
• Hard-working, punctual, and a team player

The Role:

• Fabricating and welding bespoke metalwork, both in the workshop and on-site
• Interpreting technical drawings and working to spec
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety
• Working alongside a small, experienced team
