Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Will Writer/Private Client Paralegal!

James at TN Recruits Law is working alongside an exceptional legal firm, renowned for its outstanding reputation within the local community and beyond, as they actively search for a dedicated Will Writer/ Private Client Paralegal to join their team in Hailsham.
 
Location: Hailsham
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialised Duties: Focus on drafting Wills and handling Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
  • Client Interaction: Take initial instructions and liaise directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Autonomous Work: While you will work autonomously, you will have access to supervision and support whenever needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Will Writer/ Private Client Paralegal with a strong understanding of Wills and LPA.
  • Confidence: Ability to work confidently and independently.
  • Team Player: Willingness to be an integral part of a supportive team, ready to assist colleagues when needed.
