As a Wills & Probate Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice that new clients first hear. You'll warmly welcome them and guide them through our Wills and Probate services, making the process as clear and straightforward as possible. You’ll efficiently handle and chase any outstanding paperwork via phone, letter, and email, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Additionally, you'll provide updates and assistance to clients, ensuring that the Probate Team's work meets the highest standards.

Salary- £22,370 - £29,600 depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

About You

  • Customer Service Professional: Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Phone Communication Expert: Confident and articulate when communicating over the phone.
  • Empathetic Listener: Your empathetic nature allows you to connect with clients effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Wills and Probate Knowledge: Understanding of Wills and Probate is advantageous.
  • Qualifications: Legal qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
