Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm

£27,000 per annum

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Woodwork Operative to join our well-established client based in Leicester (LE9) on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering an amazing annual salary and room to grow and progress.

The position will be joining a busy warehouse and cargo handling team.

Day to Day Duties

• Taking instruction from the Export Packing Manager and Operations Teams
• Performing various woodworking activities
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
• Heavy lifting and carrying   

Essential Skills

• Good eye for measurements and detail
• The successful candidate must be fit and active as this is a manual role, which can involve loading and unloading of heavy goods

Desirable Experience

• FLT licence would be beneficial
• Experience in woodworking machinery i.e saws and nail guns is desirable, but full training will be provided
