Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

£30k-50k (negotiable depending on experience and skills)

Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-5.30pm - every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!

My vibrant fast paced client are on the hunt for an experienced WordPress Developer to join their team in their Wisbech office. The purpose of this position is to design and sustain websites that align with their requirements and goals, all the while ensuring the website is secure, operational, and visually engaging. You will play a pivotal technical role in supporting WordPress-driven websites and help build an online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Wordpress and experience with building and maintaining Wordpress websites.
  • Create, build, and sustain our organisation's web presence.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and debugging procedures on websites to pinpoint and rectify any issues or glitches.
  • Develop and present programming solutions and strategies for addressing problems and challenges.

Criteria:

  • Mandatory Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Mandatory Knowledge of JS
  • Mandatory Knowledge of PHP (Wordpress)
  • Preferred Knowledge of another server side language, i.e, NodeJS, Python
  • Experience developing WordPress sites
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Team player
