Workday HRIS Manager- London (Hybrid, 3/days) - 13 month FTC

We recently partnered with a leading market intelligence provider within the energy and commodities market that experienced a doubling of revenue since last year and a 57% increase in head count in the last 5 years. They are looking for a Workday HRIS Manager. The key focus for this role will be analysing, designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday functionality and configuration, with a focus on advanced compensation

As the Workday HRIS Manager, you will contribute as a key advisor, influence various HR projects and initiatives, and assist with decisions on what is best for the business. You as the Workday HRIS Manager will analyse, design, develop, test, and support Workday functionality and configuration, including HCM, Absence, Performance, Advanced Compensation, and US Payroll. As the Workday HRIS Manager you will recommend HR process improvement and systems development to support the drive for automation and process improvements across all HR Systems.

As the Workday HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for data integrity within Workday, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability (including core systems and related interfaces). You will design Workday reports focused on utility, visual presentation, and ease of interpretation for the end user. As the Workday HRIS Manager, you will manage one Workday Analyst and manage vendor relationships, including the relationship with Workday, the AMS partner, and other HR Systems. You will also create training guides and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years' experience with Workday HRIS Senior Analyst or Manager

Working Knowledge or experience with:

  • Configuration experience in Workday modules such as Advanced Compensation, HCM, Performance and Development, Absence, US Payroll, US Benefits.
  • analysing, designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday functionality and configuration
  • Analysing and cleaning large quantities of data
  • Ability to identify process efficiencies in data flow across HR systems
  • Experience in UAT and regression system testing

Note: The level is slightly flexible so if you're slightly less or more experienced as an Workday HRIS Manager please do reach out.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + 10% completion bonus + benefits

Location: London (Hybrid, 3/days)

Duration: Permanent
