Workforce Management Analyst - Funeralcare£38,000 - £42,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)Manchester city centre – hybrid working between home and the office

We’re looking for workforce management (WFM) analyst to join our Funeralcare central operations team to make sure our business is running as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

In this role, you’ll be working on a variety of projects across the Funeralcare estate, from design through to deployment. We’ll look to you work with our senior leaders and insight teams to develop and maintain the labour model and WFM application. You’ll focus on delivering a fair, accurate and trusted application, driving continuous improvement and ongoing development of the application. What you’ll do

• analyse data to design strategies, documentation and activities to engage and educate field teams in the use of the WFM application• manage the WFM application, making sure all organisational labour requirements are aligned to the operating model• work closely with key partners and colleagues across the business to gather feedback and mitigate issues• analyse current operating processes across our Funeralcare business and identify areas we can improve• engage with front line colleagues across the Funeralcare business to better understand how we can make improvements• model, trial and evaluate scenarios to understand the impact of different change initiatives

This role would suit people who have

• previous experience in an analyst role• strong analytical skills – you’re comfortable working with data and numbers• good communication and influencing skills• the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and senior leaders across the business• a flexible approach to their work
