Workplace Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a Workplace Hospitality Assistant based at a global investment firm business based in the heart of London.

Responsibilities:

• To assist with workplace duties such as meeting room management, hospitality, front of house services, any heavy lifting (e.g. wine boxes etc)
• Take responsibility for the preparation of all Food Hospitality offerings adhering to Hygiene standards (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Refreshments)
• Ensure all areas within the main kitchens are clean, hygienic and tidy at all times.
• Management and cleaning of all used crockery and service ware (rinsing, dishwasher, drying)
• Establish good working relationships with all customers, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all hospitality requirements.
• To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISSLivv Workplace and Legal requirement
• To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager.
• Assist with the ordering and deliveries as required, monitoring stock and reducing waste.
• To maintain the necessary confidentiality on all ISSLivv Workplace and client matters
• To be aware of Client's Fire, Health and Safety and Security Procedures
• Promote good teamwork and work in a friendly, efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience who are not afraid to help out.
