In ISS Livv we partner with our customers to create simply inspiring workplaces. As Workplace Host, you will work with a team to deliver a high-end workplace experience on behalf of our client at their new London head office.

Working closely as one-team you will deliver an integrated workplace experience across multiple service, including Visitor Management, Meeting Room Management, Hospitality, Events and Curation to create a workplace environment that increases the client's employee well-being, productivity and promotes company culture.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Working as the Workplace Host team across various workplace services including Visitor Management, Meeting Room Management, Hospitality, Events and Curation.
  • Ensuring all procedures, policies and standards are met, providing a hotel-style workplace experience.
  • Working closely service lines, such as Cleaning and Technical Services -promoting a 'One Team’ ethos across all workplace services to ensure seamless experience
  • Responsibility for personal health and safety and security, and that of others in the conduct of the job and in line with ISS Livv guidance and legal requirements.
  • Keep systems and records up to date and be proactive in managing tasks using relevant systems.
  • Active participant in Livv community and attendance at workshops -to implement new ideas and best practice.
  • Supporting curation across the workplace -assisting with events and surprise and delight moments, that engage employees, e.g. charity fund-raisers, sustainability initiatives and diversity and inclusion events.
  • Assist Workplace Host Supervisor with projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Experience & Traits

  • Relevant corporate workplace / hospitality / customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (English -written and spoken)
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Strong level of organisational skills
  • Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and change
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Experience using systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of health and safety management principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to adjust according to operational needs
  • Knowledge of AV / VC systems
