Michael Page Logistics are supporting a great client with the recruitment of a Workshop Administrator.

Client Details

Our client supply and service a fleet of premium vehicles You will be based at the Petersfield depot and will join a close knit, highly capable and growing team.

Description

As a result of the continued growth our client have a new position for a Workshop Administrator who will act as the key link between our Customers and the Specialist Service Technicians. The site is going from strength to strength and requires a dedicated team member to support the workshop with a variety of administrative tasks.

  • Organise and maintain office operations
  • Sourcing parts from both new & existing supplier
  • Accurately record part numbers to particular jobs.
  • Maintaining the stores stock inventory
  • Receiving deliveries & putting away in stores.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning

Profile

The ideal candidate will work within an easy commute of the site and will have relevant experience for the role, either in general administration, Logistics or Supply chain. Ideally you will come from an industrial, manufacturing , automotive or lease sector but others will be considered. You will be comfortable working with people from all backgrounds and will be confident and well spoken. You will require excellent administrative skills and will be well organised, have great attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative. You must have a good level of computer literacy.
