Job Title: Workshop Engineer
Location: Newport
Salary: £13-£15 per hour

Hours: Full time. Monday - Friday

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Workshop Engineer to work for a company based in Newport.

Main job roles

  • Refurbish Forecourt and Kiosk equipment to the specified standard
  • To escalate any problems arising on any aspect of the work undertaken to your supervisor or manager
  • To complete refurbishment works to set deadlines.
  • Ensure field service engineers are fully stocked with sufficient parts to undertake duties as required
  • Regularly check tools to make sure they are in good working order and sufficient to carry out the job in hand
  • Maintain an excellent standard of Health and Safety at all times
  • To understand & comply with the Company's expectations & requirements as detailed in the MDM Employee Handbook
  • Ensure the company vehicle is driven safely and courteously at all times
  • To carry out routine daily and weekly equipment & tool checks
  • Responsible for maintaining good standards of housekeeping at at
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service to all customers and carry out duties in a courteous manner, ensuring the professionalism of MDM Services Ltd is promoted at all times
  • Any other duties that are necessary in line with the requirements of the job and the objectives of the organisation.


Must have previous Mechanical & Electrical Experience
