Role - Workshop Manager
Location - Manchester
Salary - £38,000 - £40,000


Richard Abson Group are assisting a prestige car dealership in Manchester to find them an experienced Workshop Manager.

Your role will be too…

  • Leading, coaching and developing the Workshop team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
  • Utilising the resources in the workshop to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives without compromising the quality of the work produced, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer experience.
  • Ensuring effective communication between the workshop and Front of House team to deliver the highest level of service to the customers.
  • Ensuring appropriate resource management overseeing the workflow through the workshop to achieve the highest levels of productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.
  • Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence!

The ideal candidate will be working within a similar role such as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor, Senior Service Advisor or Service Manager.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. The dealership is offering a basic salary of up to £40,000.
