Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
- Coordinate and prioritise work assignments for technicians.
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of each job and provide updates to service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Liaise with parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Implement and maintain workshop policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for technicians.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to workshop services.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role in a busy dealership environment.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of premium vehicle brands.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's licence.
