We are a renowned and prestigious dealership known for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in the automotive industry. Specialising in premium vehicle brands, we take pride in our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Our dealership is a bustling hub of activity, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Controller to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
  • Coordinate and prioritise work assignments for technicians.
  • Ensure all repairs and services are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each job and provide updates to service advisors and customers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Liaise with parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts.
  • Implement and maintain workshop policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to workshop services.
What you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role in a busy dealership environment.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of premium vehicle brands.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Valid driver's licence.
