  • Plan and organise workshop activities to perfection, optimising resources and timelines for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead by example as you motivate, manage, and empower our talented workforce.
  • Maximise profitability through streamlined workshop operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Enforcement of rigorous health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the seamless flow of machinery and equipment, ensuring accurate bookings and efficient logistics management.
  • Be the go-to person for resolving technical queries

The Ideal Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, HGV, or heavy plant machinery operations
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience
  • Possession of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Construction, HGV, Plant, or Agriculture would be beneficial
  • Experience within a manufacturer environment would be advantageous
