There are multiple opportunities for a local Y4 Primary Teacher to be appointed in the Cheltenham (SN & BA postcode area) for September 2024. This Cheltenham based school, welcomes the Y4 Primary Teacher vacancy to be filled with an ECT (early career teacher) or more experienced.
Responsibilities of the Y4 Primary Teacher:
- Preparing school classroom materials from the UK national curriculum.
- Analyst of the Cheltenham student results, reporting to the departmental lead. Providing solutions to enhance and maintain excellent standard results.
- Reviewing and enforcing safeguarding in all instances, reporting in a sensitive manner to the Cheltenham SEN lead. A tactile manner is essential.
Requirements of the Y4 Primary Teacher:
- Qualified teacher status - QTS, QTLS (with current membership) and PGCE.
- OTT (Overseas trained teachers) must have UK qualified teacher status.
- Enthusiastic "can do" attitude, nothing is too much and really keen to engage the Cheltenham students in their learning.
- Have interest / experience in Special Needs Education - the Cheltenham school students have a broad range of abilities and needs.
- A DBS Certificate being carried out - employment subject to the status.
