The role

• Lead the implementation of Yardi Software
• Execute project plans and task activities with time and budget constraints
• Capture business requirements for functional operations and data migration activities
• Take the lead on System testing and deployment, along with delivering system training to key stakeholders with external clients
• Be responsible for project documentations, including client requirements, specifications, scripts & training matters
• Expand client relationships through revenue growth and product adoption

Experience

• Must have experience working in a consulting capacity using Yardi and other industry leading solutions
• Have strong experience working with Yardi Investment Management Module
• Experience in implementing real estate/ property management software
• Have a strong understanding of real estate, financial and IT management procedures
• Desirable to have worked on multinational projects
• Ideally candidates would have a degree in Accounting, Real Estate, Computer Science or in a related subject
