About the Role

A leading global software consultancy is seeking an experienced Yardi Investment Management Consultant to support its real estate clients in implementing, optimising, and enhancing Yardi's Investment Management module. This role will involve working closely with real estate investment firms, asset managers, and fund administrators to provide tailored solutions, system configurations, and process improvements within the Yardi ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead Yardi Investment Management implementations, upgrades, and optimisations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide configuration, customisation, and support for Yardi's Investment Management module.
• Collaborate with fund managers, asset managers, and finance teams to streamline reporting and investment data workflows.
• Perform data migrations, reconciliations, and integrations with external systems.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation support for end users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and inefficiencies, working with internal teams and Yardi support where necessary.
• Stay up to date with Yardi enhancements and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience working with Yardi Investment Management module.
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment, fund accounting, and portfolio management.
• Experience in Yardi system implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
• Familiarity with SQL, financial reporting, and data analysis within Yardi.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
