Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a market-leading Private Rented Sector (PRS) business known for its innovative approach to residential property management and development. With a commitment to delivering exceptional tenant experiences and driving sustainable growth, our client manages a diverse and expanding portfolio of residential properties. To support their continued success, they are seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Manager to oversee and optimise their Yardi systems.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Yardi system, including setup, user administration, system configuration, ongoing maintenance, and data security.
  • Lead the implementation process for new Yardi modules, upgrades, and enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders and Yardi representatives to ensure smooth and successful rollouts.
  • Lead the implementation, management, and integration of wider business systems.
  • Develop and implement system-wide best practices to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting issues, resolving helpdesk tickets, and ensuring user satisfaction.

Role Requirements

  • Proven Experience of working in Property Management
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing systems
  • In-depth practical knowledge of Yardi Voyager and other Yardi related modules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills
